10) Amazon.ca – $1,100,000 for (otherwise compliant) emails that advertised misleading prices (Feb 2017)

9) Blackstone – $50,000 for B2B marketing to scraped email addresses (Oct 2016)

8) Kellogg – $60,000 for sending marketing emails without consent (Aug 2016)

7) Avis – $3,250,000 for emails with deceptive subjects and deceptive bodies (June 2016)

6) Anonymous – First Warrant and take down order (Jan 2016)

5) Rogers – $200,000 for for emails without a proper unsubscribe mechanism (Nov 2015)

4) Porter Airlines – $150,000 for sending mails without consent or working opt-outs (Jun 2015)

3) Compu Finder – $1,100,000 for marketing to scraped email addresses (Mar 2015)
